If you have used the limited edition pocket sprayer to access the app, simply navigate to the "Access" tab here in the digital funk factory app. Once there select VIP Bathroom access. Once you are at the door for the Pourri VIP bathroom trailers, the attendant will ask to scan your temporary QR code, if the code is the currently valid one, you will be allowed in.

You can use the Access Keys to gain access to the priority lines at the participating pourri events and access the Exclusive VIP bathroom trailers at Lady Bird Lake

Unfortunately, your key is unique and on a refresh timer. Should you share a screenshot of the QR code the code would not be the current live unique key. You can always get your friend to grab a ~Pourri Tap-Enabled Pocket Sprayer to gain access to our app as well.

Oh, farts! First, let's refresh your screen and see if the QR code updates. Hit the refresh button to reload the page in your mobile browser. Yes, we can! If the venue or location does not have a bathroom already in our system, you may be the first person to try this location. Look at you, poo pioneer. Let's put the place on the map. Simply navigate to the add business area here, and submit a request to add this new location. We have to approve this, so it may take some time to see that restroom reflected in app.

Access your Digital Funk Factory app, log in, and choose "RATE" from the main menu navigation at the bottom of your screen. This will direct you to the ~Pourri Bathroom Finderswipe up on the bottom tab and you search the name of the location you are at. If the business or venue has not been added yet, you will have the choice to add it yourself (to be reviewed by our moderators). Once you have the business/venue selected you can click the large "RATE" button located under the business/venue name. Then simply follow the questions asked, click submit, and then simply bask in the glorious knowledge of knowing you helped your fellow humans find the perfect place to shit, and or avoid having to experience the pain of single-ply TP.

Unfortunately at this time, this is limited to the SXSW event. So, Austin is the first location with this bathroom map. But we are so happy you want to use this elsewhere, add your desired location to our feedback here so we can be sure to add your desired locations if or when this is expanded.

this is more like a frequently asked statement but we got you covered! Access your Digital Funk Factory app and once you are logged in, choose "RATE A BATHROOM" from the main menu. This will direct you to the ~Pourri Bathroom Finder, make sure you have "location" services enabled so you can simply look at the map and choose the nearest (hopefully also the highest rated) bathroom nearby!

First off, congratulations on your win! Each prize has a unique way, and timeframe to claim, a number of them may only be claimed in person at certain times, and some may be redeemed online with the use of a promo code, or by completing a form... the text you received alerting you that you won should have more information on the exact details, you are always welcome to also start a live support chat with us for more info as well.

Missing a daily drop can be a real stinker! A lot of these are one-of-a-kind items or experiences and have a very tight deadline for when you could enter, and the bad news is that drop prizes may be out of grasp. NOW for the potential good news! We release new drops twice a day, and some of the prizes, have multiple drops. So keep your eyes open every day at 9 am and 2 pm and see if that item you wanted has a second chance for you.

All winners of the daily drops will receive a text via the phone number used to create the account. Most winners should expect a text no later than 3pm CST the day the Daily Drop giveaway closes.

Your mystery gift may still be getting processed at The Digital Funk Factory! At the end of SXSW, 3.17.24 we will reveal the mystery gift you won through a text to the phone number you provided when you created your account.

Daily Drops are your chance to win one-of-a-kind experiences, rare prizes, and big giveaways. Every day during SXSW we will be dropping some epic shit to win, like upgraded SXSW platinum badges, access to secret shows, or even a year's supply of Poo~Pourri. You'll need tokens to enter each giveaway! So make sure you head over to the "Earn Tokens" section to learn more!

Unique and new Drops will be released twice a day, every day, during SXSW. There will be a morning drop at 9 am and an afternoon drop at 2 pm. So check back in so you don't miss out on this one-of-a-kind shit!

Your tokens will be displayed on the homepage, your account page, and the daily drops as [xx] TOKENS IN THE TANK. Go quickly and spend some for daily drops and rare rewards before they are gone!

Daily Drops close at 2 pm each day, our automation takes just a moment to randomly select winners. Before 3 pm all winners from that day's closed drops will receive a text letting them know they won, and how to claim that unique prize.

Word on the street is you can't grab your loot this weekend. Bummer 'cause these prizes are limited edition or tied to very specific dates and times for experiences. Every winning text confirmation will have very specific times and processes to claim prizes. if you were unable to reach those deadlines the prize may have unfortunately gone to a runner-up. Though you're welcome to reach out to our support team, maybe there'll be something left once the party's wrapped up.

Yes! But keep in mind, only those with a ~Pourri pocket pass sprayer will be eligible for the priority lines, VIP bathroom at Lady Bird Lake, select daily drops, and secret shows, There will be chances to get more pocket sprayers at special events and stores, but supplies are limited!

You do not need a SXSW badge to enter the pourri events at Funk Factory, or Camp Funk. You do not need a badge to enter, however, at all ~Pourri events at SXSW 2024, those with SXSW platinum badges or those with tap app access keys will be able to join the priority access lines to get in before general admission. All events are subject to capacity.

The mystery gift is just a little post-SXSW treat you unlock when after the week is over. Your mystery gift may still be getting processed at The Digital Funk Factory! At the end of SXSW we will reveal your mystery gift through a text.

SXSW Exclusives are little extra perks from Pourri and our Partnered brands for all users who use the app during SXSW. The offers are unique digital promotions, exclusive access treats, exclusive scents, or products that only available only available for you! Each offer will have its own set of terms and conditions, and expiration dates.

Simply navigate to the "MORE" tab to open up the full menu, from there you will see SXSW exclusive offers. From there click the buttons to reveal the single-use codes and follow the instructions of that unique offer.

A few of the SXSW Exclusives are locked behind secret achievements, unlocked for using and completing certain items in the app!

Awesome! Just tap your sprayer while logged in and it will automatically upgrade your account to All Access! If you're not seeing the app automatically update, try refreshing the page in your browser and visiting your profile/account page.

You can enter most portions of the app, however, those accounts who used the Tap-enabled Pocket sprayers with their account will have full access to every item that is not available in the public version. The items only accessible include: select daily drop giveaways, priority access keys to pourri events, Access to the pourri VIP bathroom trailers, and additional perks on how to earn tokens.

Hmmm, we might have a few surprises in-store after the 17th for those who created accounts during SXSW. So you'll have to check back in... :)

That means you have your open version of the web app. some areas, daily drops, and other items are only available to users who use or upgrade their account with the Tap Access Pocket Sprayers.

Tokens will be rewarded for all kinds of actions! There are easy activations by simply just signing up, there are are also hidden token rewards (like scanning all three ~Pourri event location QR codes!). These QR Codes will be at each of our 2 main events THE FUNK FACTORY, CAMP FUNK. Be on the lookout for posters with QR codes at each of these events, you may even have to ask others around you or look at the hints in the token tasks.
